The cure is FAR worse than the disease. Pylera made me extremely depressed and just feeling bad overall. After I thought I made it through I chilled for a week, broke out with fever blisters and blisters on the tongue and spots on my fingers. Off of it two weeks now and still feel depressed and generally bad. Called the Dr.'s office and a staff said oh it can't be the medication see your regular physician and when I go there they say probably a side effect of the Pylera. SO WHICH IS IT!!... 15mg for 1 week extreme sleeping pills make you like a mong in the morning after week 1 i increased to 30 mg less drowsiness still require loads of sleep appitite increased which is not good for me. i would say these pills just mong you out and make you not care rather than improving your mood but im only in week 3 i shall persivere.

Have been taking Topamax for about 5 years for migraines. At one point I was up to 300 mg/day but am now down to 200 mg/day. This medication has been challenging at times. I have experienced all the typical side effects to varying degrees. The most challenging side effect for me is the speech aphasia that I experience. My daughter has received the Gardasil shots and on her last shot she became dizzy, started shaking and shaking really bad.
