I have been coughing frequently and violently for approximately 10 years now. I used Flovent for several years and it has not stopped my cough at all. IAt my insestence I was recently given samples of Advair 250mcg from my pulmonologist. He did not believe it would stop my coughing. Much to his surprise, my coughing and breathing have greatly improved. However, I developed a skin rash and hives on my face which I know are from the Advair. I have only been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and this is the first treatment we have tried. The pains in my knees as well as my arms as decreased significantly and most days, do not hurt at all. However, my lower back still seems to be an issue. I have trouble sleeping because i wake up in the middle of the night in almost a lock position and can not move, due to such extreme pain.
