I am 36 year old female and was diagnosed hyperthyroidism 10 months after having a baby. I am so sorry for you side effects, but I must say I was happy to read your post!! I have Graves disease and had radio active therapy 10 years ago and have been on levoxyl for many years with no problems until now. I recently have been experiencing trembling of my arms, torso, and legs, pretty frequently but I only usually notice it at night. The first 2 months were hell. It felt like every thought had to be pulled through a vat of mollasses to be had. I didn't sleep more than 2 hours in a row, couldn't remember the simplest figures and had to drop 2 classes at school. Hi. Just want to share my experience. I took Candex as indicated for about 2 weeks. I experienced pretty severe diarrhea the entire time. I work at home. I would not have been able to do this if I was not able to be flexible with my time. It got to a point where I had to stop anyway because of the frequency and severity.
