it was recomended I take this to help strengthen my bones since osteoporosis runs in my family. I did take it for some time but just having to take one a day was hard because I became forgetful.

This is the best working drug I have ever taken for any condition. I went from waking up at all hours of the night chewing rolaids and tums continuously, having reflux so bad I almost choked to death several times, to my stomach feeling like I am 10 years old again. I only need to take one nexium on occasions, whenever I eat something that would normally kill my stomach. One pill's effects keep the heartburn and reflux away for 3 or 4 days! The disk is very convient and portable which is a plus but the after taste is pretty bad. I sometimes have a cup of water a little afterwards to wash away the taste. I also experience some stomach cramps and dizziness at times, which may be due to the medicine.
