i love differin i added it to my daily routine along with benzaclin gel and my face looks great, i have people that havent seen me since i had horrible acne and they tell me i look like a new person. I had no confidence and hated going out in public, it really had a bad impact on my social skills, but now that people aren't staring at my acne, I have great confidence and people-skills.

To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. When I get a headache or pain from my period, I take Ibuprofen and it takes away the pain temporarily. I recommend it because when it works great!

I have struggled with frequent bouts of insomnia since high schools. I've tried almost every prescription sleep aid on the market with less than positive results. They often left me feeling exhausted, had vivid, violent dreams, and overslept numerous times. Melatonin has been a life-saver. I take the 5 mg pill a half hour before bed and I sleep pretty well; almost the whole night through.
