I was diagnosed with degenerative facet changes, L-4, L-5. I had been on constant ADVIL for 1 month which does relieve the pain significantly. I was told about Zyflamend and that it was an "herbal supplement" with anti-inflammatory results. Since I wanted to get off the ADVIL, I tried Zyflamend. After finding out I had Graves Disease and thyrotoxicosis in January 2010 I was put on carbimazole (think I had symptoms for nearly a year but always put them down to something else, maybe "change of life" etc) After only 6 days I had a severe allergic reaction to the carbimazole that nearly lost me my life! I took nighttime for 10 days no noticeable problems then I took 1 mucinex nighttime with fever for 3 nights and got extremely dizzy nauseous feelings equilibrium was off I went to doctor no sinus infection still over a week later my eyesight seems off and I get waves of dizziness very slight but upsetting....
