This is my second round with Lisinopril. I took it previously, lost weight and came off of it. Then, after life's innumerable issues, my BP went back up. I've been on it now for about another year and the symptoms are worse than ever. I've gained an additional 30 pounds that I can seem to lose. i take 1 tablet 3 times a day with my meals. I have muscle spasms and muscle cramps due to low calcium, so i take these to help me with these problems. They really help with my spasms and dizziness, if i stop taking the supplements i feel a big difference all the symptoms come back.

I was diagnosed with PMDD years after realizing that my period was much worse than everyone elses.
