If you are in severe pain, I really didn't feel any effects. After surgery and a good bit of pain was removed, I found out that tizanidine is rather powerful. I usually take a small amount, 2mg per day, until my pain rises, then I take as needed up to maximum dose. I know when to drop the dosage when I feel like par-boiled chicken and my muscles feel like they're going to fall off my bones. That is one strange feeling. Synthroid never affected me positively. It never resolved my symptoms and not only that, it allowed them to continue. I never got better; I only got worse. I found Armour thyroid and have never looked back. Synthroid; levoxyl, and their ilk do nothing but make money for their makers. They give a false hope, while Armour gives true hope and true theraputic value. Synthetics shoud be thrown off the market. They are worthless drugs.

There is a strange metallic taste that the user gets when using these eye drops. About 20 min. after use, thru the sinus cavity, the taste becomes apparent and stays for about 30 min. Rather unpleasant.
