I never get headaches but when I take Centrum for Men I get a headache and tightness in my chest, Headache and Chest pain stop as soon as I stop taking it. I stopped for 3 weeks - No issue so I thought I would try 1 pill today (taken on empty stomach except for Coffee) 4 hours later I notice I have a headache and chest tightness. Even though i have experienced lots of side effects i could not have continued in the amount of pain i was in before taking them .Im also taking Tramadol and Naproxen which all have some of the same side effects. However, i can function day to day as i have got used to some of the side effects

I take xanax as well as concerta and they seem to work well together. I started taking a half .025, then the whole tables and now I feel like I need a little more. That bothers me as I don't like to take medicine but do realize that I feel better, especially mentally, when I take the meds.
