At first, the medication caused nausea, so the doctors reduced the prescribed dosage for me and since the dosage was decreased, nausea also decreased and went away. Prominent side effects included constipation and weakness and there were multiple other mild side effects that went away as the dosage was decreased more.

When you are in intense pain-as I was you would do anything- If they had said they could cut my arm off I would have said yes please.This drug DID work for me- I was taking 600MG a day!! Didnt realise what a massive dose this was- It was brilliant for pain control but they dont tell you about withdrawral symptoms. I turned 65 this July 28. Five years ago I had, and used weekly, a fitness club membership. I went Kayaking, camping, fishing, walking, played volleyball, and hosted/attended a variety of writing/poetry venues. I also had to switch from loestrin because of insurance and so far this pill has proved to be horrible. I have horrible migraines and stomach aches and my moods are incredibly up and down. I am extremely emotional and impatient and this is not like me at all! Also I've been very low energy and constantly feel like I need to sleep. This is month 3 and I'm calling it quits..
