Honestly, I think this medication works for me. My BP shifts sometimes from 190 - 99 , and for the weight loss I manage it by by myself: exercise, diet, etc. SInce 4 years I have been using it, and I did not feel any side effects, but improvement in my blood sugar level.. Nevertheless, the hardest part of everything, is what to eat. I know what I have to eat, but in low quantities. Everything has sugar or carbohydrates, and it is very difficult. But I try, really hard.,

I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). After 7 open heart surgeries I had to take prednisone. The hunger and mood swings associated with this drug were awful. I gained a lot of weight, especially in my face. I also had diabetes while on the medication. But they say the medicine has its purpose.

I have a inherited increase in Lpa, and LDL levels that can cause stenosis. This is the only drug that effectively decreased my levels of Lpa and cholesterol. Used with a small 5 mg dose of lipitor, Cholesterol is 120, HDL is 73, LDL is 35 and Lpa is 37.

I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute.
