I can't imagine taking this for another 4 years. It was hard enough to get through cancer treatments, but to have to deal with this on top of all that is unconceivable. Trying to keep my vigor and conviction to heal, but without sleep and so much pain it is difficult to say the least. Sudafed (psuedofedrine) is the best thing out there for sinus congestion & pressure. I use it when I have allergies and it helps with sneezing also, and when I have a cold or flu. I do not experience any negative side effects. Although sometimes it does make me more awake which can be inconvenient at night. Also, buying it from the pharmacy is annoying but it's worth it because it works MUCH better than Sudafed PE (phenylephrine).

I've noticed a lot of leg cramps, but I don't know if it's related. My sleep can be more erratic, but it never was perfect. My breathing is much better and being active is much easier. I was active before but it made me out of breath a lot. Overall it's a good thing but does seem to lower sex druve ime.
