Since about three years I am suffering from 2-3 gout attacks/year (big toe). After taking Diclofenac, the pain disappears after approx.30 minutes and when continuing 3 tablets/day for three days, the attack is over.

just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight. I went to the doctor tor congestion and he gave me this steroid for the first time. I took the first 6-4mg of a 6 day plan and stopped after the first dose because at first I was wired so high, I couldn't sleep or stop talking! The next day my heart was racing and I started to hear music and talking that was not there. Then later that night I started seeing things that were not there! Horrible and very scarey. Whenever I get heartburn, upset stomach, or diarrhea I use Pepto Bismol and it helps it all get better and I do not get any side effects.

It got me out of a severe depressive episode, for which I am grateful. However, I still experience bouts of depression, often in the afternoon. So it is likely not a long term solution for me.
