I started on Levothyroxine. but switched to Tirosint because my pharmacy didn't carry Levo. And since then, all of my symptoms that I had before I was even diagnosed have come back. Ive put on more weight, I have horrible acne, my skin is dry again, hair falling out, painful/stiff neck. But not there are new symptoms, like skipped periods (Ive taken two tests and theyve both been negative), bloating, restlessness, pain in my joints, hand cramps. Did control blood pressure--it was a sort of last resort effort from the doctor after more than a decade of blood pressure refusing to be under control with multiple, simultaneious drugs.
