I've been taking Reclipsen for about 3 months now and it's been alright. Slight mood swings, little bit of nausea in the mornings, and some pretty gnarly headaches but thats it. No weight gain. No acne. No spotting. No cramping. I was on a variety of different fertility drugs for about 2 1/2 years. Decided that I didn't like the side effects of being on them, so I stopped taking all fertility drugs at once. One of the side effects of birth control pills is abnormal vaginal bleeding. That could mean anything from spotting for a day or two to practically being on your period all the time. You may just be experiencing this because it is your first month, and your body hasn't had time to adjust to the new hormones. Tylenol has helped me with various pains, aches, and headaches. More recently I have grown quite fond of tylenol pm. When i have a cold it helps me sleep through the night and helps alleviate all of my cold symptoms especially runny and conjested noses.

Positives: Works fast, not a pain killer... so there are no groggy side effects. Used for several years without any problems. Negatives: Quite expensive even with insurance. No generic equivalent available.
