This is the best working drug I have ever taken for any condition. I went from waking up at all hours of the night chewing rolaids and tums continuously, having reflux so bad I almost choked to death several times, to my stomach feeling like I am 10 years old again. I only need to take one nexium on occasions, whenever I eat something that would normally kill my stomach. One pill's effects keep the heartburn and reflux away for 3 or 4 days! Taken by a 16yo Lennox Gastaut patient. Seemed to increase partial seizures. Had 2 status seizures while on this med and began having Atonic seizures which she had not had in several years. Was very out of it and hardly sleeps. weaning this med now.

After about 30 days of taking aprodine (like with many other allergy meds), my body seems to get use to it and it is not as effective as when I first took the medication...As a result, I often have to change to a different med.

Carbimazole is a new drug for me. I am diabetic and it has dropped my iinsulin level slightly. I feel emotionally low. No positive effects yet.
