This is an indirect experience i would really like to share. My cousin, she takes grandpa three time a day every single day. She wont sleep without having it, so hoocked. She has been taking the drug for about 20yrs now. she is struggling from sleeping as a result she has got blemishes due to less to almost no sleep at all for days,just too bad.

my eyes are more blurry, concentration out the window, my art work looks like a grade one student, take tyl. ex. strength for my back pain, I go all weird like i'm dizzy but i'm not. maybe my body is getting used to the drug, I've only been on it for three weeks, but I do not like the experiances I'm getting from this drug. I guess I'll have to get used of this drug interactions. Thanks for letting me vent my feelings. I'ts been so frustrating , never been through this before.

I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage.
