I have struggled with frequent bouts of insomnia since high schools. I've tried almost every prescription sleep aid on the market with less than positive results. They often left me feeling exhausted, had vivid, violent dreams, and overslept numerous times. Melatonin has been a life-saver. I take the 5 mg pill a half hour before bed and I sleep pretty well; almost the whole night through.

I have had the Mirena for well over 6 or 7 years (I'm on my second one). During this time, my acne has been difficult to control - especially on my back and chest. I have also been experiencing some problems with finding the right words and thinking straight, though I suppose this could be a sign of getting older. But I'm only 36, so I'm not that old! I take Oatstraw and milky tops as a strong infusion ( 1 cup dried herb per liter boiling water, infused for 4 hours) I will drink the liter of infusion throughout the day. By infusing the herb in water for several hours, you extract all the wonderful vitamins and minerals that are essential to a healthy nervous system that standard 5-10 min infusions and tinctures or pills do not extract.

Very effective at shutting down a migraine. The earlier in the development of the migraine the lower the dose I need to take. However.... over the last few years I have developed "chronic" or daily migraines and I think Zomig could be the cause. Have apt to see specialist to evaluate.

I have light headedness but it is improving. I have noticed a decrease in my hematocrit but do not know if it is caused by the diuretic effect. I have also noticed a slight weight increase.
