I know a lot of people have been experiencing side effects from this, but I have had no problems from the shots whatsoever. I'm going to get my last dose in December. I don't like shots, but for me, that's the worst part of the experience. I want to prevent HPV and have not had any problems with some of the extreme side effects others are claiming.

I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). I have four buldging discs, arthritis, spinal stenosis and an old vertebral fracture from an accident. I want to avoid surgery at all costs, and have had two epidurals for pain control (also something I want to avoid). I was having difficulty walking and functioning and it was not time for another epidural, so I tried zymflamend. my legs swelled and went heavy. I wasn't sleeping and not urinating freqently enough. my mother is 86 and has taken them for a long time with no side effects. my husband has just been prescribed them although he is not over weight and walks every day to work and around his work place his colestrol is 7.5. we have been healthy eating for a few years now so this has come as a bit of shock to him.
