My nose began to hurt he second day and on the third day I had to stop taking Zicam nasal spray. I admit I used the spray more frequently than was recommended on the instruction sheet. And it was really amazing at ending my cold symptoms. After that (6 months ago), I got sick again, and this time used the tablets. They worked welll too.

This was a very, very bad experience. I was completely unable to sleep longer than 1 hour at a time. Over the 5 months I was taking this, that sleep loss added up. I was tired all the time, could not eat due to severe nausea, and saw things that were not there (this was confirmed by my husband). I mainly used it when i started on an excercise programme. I found my muscles would ache and my ankles would swell. Its been pretty good, very effective I think.
