I have been taking Pristiq for 4 weeks and it has made a major difference in my quality of life. I did not experience any negative side effects but then everyone's body chemistry is different. Even though my blood work comes back normal, I am still cold most of the time when others around me are not. I am told being cold is a side effect of hypothyroidism. So I don't know if that was supposed to improve while taking Levothyroxine or not.

It's working on my Prostate Cancer, lowering my PSA from 141 to 75 in one month. Nothing else is working on this aggrressive cancer. Doctors sayif it And it is, that I can add another year to my life. And that's better than the two months or so that I was looking at.

I have taken Xyzal for about six months and was fine with it; however, decided to stop the dosage about four days ago and noticed that my blood pressure is highly elevated. It's almost as if my body is "acting out" for the drug. Could it be addictive? I have NEVER had elevated blood pressure.

My doctor had told me that my tyroid was under performing and that my other medications would not work as well with that so he prescribed me this medication. He told me that my tyroid levels are getting better so I am satisfied with that.
