Cymbalta was the -worst- experience I've ever had with mental health medicine. I've suffered from depression for 12 years and tried many medications but Cymbalta, by far, has the -worst- side effects to any drug I've ever tried. Granted the pharmacy made a mistake, but the mistake was in my favor! They gave me half the dosage they were supposed to (which was 30mg of Cymbalta) which was the appropriate dosage. I have been taking a teaspoon of turmeric powder daily with food for 18 months. Excellent anti-inflammatory. Very useful in reducing body fat, possibly suppresses appetite as well as seeming to help fat with reduction. With vitamin D3 it apparently enhances the immune system.I've had no colds or infections for well over a year now.

I have taken this for 1 year and it had went really good, i went for my annual check-up last week and Saturday i started my cycle 9 to 10 days early.
