Enpresse has been both good and bad for me. At first it was great. It shortened my periods from at least 10 days to 4 or 5 days. I barely had any breakouts or cramps. Now I still have shortened periods but I have acne every month and cramps. I also experience increased discharge every day. I also have yeast infections at least twice a month. I started taking Vyvanse when Adderall XR stopped working for me about 2 years ago. At first the side effects were strong ( I started at 50 mg) including social reclusion, irritability, dry mouth, stomach problems, and loss of appetite- the problem was I didn't notice the social side effects- I just wanted to get things done and nothing else mattered.
