went to an Ayurvedic practitioner for help with constant headaches and occasional migraines. She classified me with excess pitta and suggested I start Bhumyamalaki nightly as well as a few other things. It's been about 6-8 weeks and I think my head pain has been reduced and I haven't had any migraines.

I took ONE shot of 3.75mg Lupron Depot prior to fibroid surgery and still have an enlarged abdomen / bloating / fluid retention nearly one year later. I weigh only 91 pounds but my formerly flat stomach sticks out like a baby bump. What's worse, it's very uncomfortable. My clueless doctor suggested I wear Spanx (what, forever?) and even that didn't hold my abdomen in. It's a hormonal issue. I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. nardil has been good for depression, and great for social anxiety. I thought the major side effects were over with at six monthes, but the fatigue and sexual side effects have recently returned. I have been on 45mg of Nardil for about 21/2 years.
