I have fibromyalgia and was very hopeful while taking this medicaiton but to tell you the truth my life was a living hell. I found myself in a deep dark place I had never been before, I think if it wasn't for my faith I don't know what this medication would have caused me to do. I was given this prescription by my dentist. I have to take 4 pill prior to going in to have my teeth cleaned or any dental work done because I have a fusion in my back and if I dont take the medicine prior it could cause a severe interaction with my blood and the metal in my back. It makes my stomach hurt when I take it but to me that is better than taking the chance of getting the infection

I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter?
