I was given Laritine only once in my life. Never again! I was in the hospital being treated for acute polymyositis. I was in extreme pain that nothing was alleviating. The MD ordered Laritine to be administered via IV. It knocked me out for about 4 hours, When I awoke I was almost completely blind. 36 years later my vision has improved but I am still classified as legally blind and the condition is classified as permanent. That was from one dose; I do not know what the amount was.

I was in a motorcycle accident in 1974 and had the bottom of my foot ground off on the pavement. The pain was hideous. I was given morphine, demerol and dilaudid, none of which helped at all. Then they gave me Leritine. For 3 1/2 hours after a shot my pain was TOTALLY gone and I felt alive again! Now 42 years later I find it is no longer manufactured anywhere because some idiots in Florida got drunk on vodka, took Leritine and died. Now you and I have to suffer because of those idiots. I just pray you and I don't ever get cancer.

Leritine is the only drug that relieves my pain. My doctor prescribed this drug for me approximately 15 years ago. I used the drug for approximately 3 weeks, until I no longer needed it. Years later, I requested this drug from my doctor, to relieve severe pain. I was informed that the drug was no longer available. I live with severe, chronic pain (the result of being hit by a car when I was 15 years of age) and have exhausted all methods to relieve the pain. I will never forget those 3 weeks using leritine; pain free, able to conduct my daily activities, and with no obvious side effects that I am aware of. Leritine is simply the best drug I've ever had to treat my condition. If I could have access to this drug for only a short period of time, I would at least experience a time in life without pain before I die. There are no words to describe how important this drug is to me. I wish it were manufactured again, and made available to treat conditions like mine.
