28 Jun 2010 Retin-a micro definitely helped in treating my stubborn acne. When my dermatologist said it would make me break out at first, I freaked out. However, that never happened. With doxycycline and benzamycin, my skin looked much better in just a few weeks. No negative side effects.

20 May 2010 Retin-A Micro was prescribed to me by my dermatologist for my acne. He said that it would increase my break outs only to speed up the process and treat my acne problem more quickly, "get all of it out from under the skin" as he put it. I was very nervous about it, and I thought my face was going to erupt after using it. I honestly didn't notice much of an increase in my acne condition. However, I was also taking doxycycline and benzamycin which may have countered the negative effects of Retin-A Micro. My skin is much clearer now.

17 Dec 2009 Retin A completely dried out my skin to the point where I didn't even want to use it. The skin around my eyes was dry and red and it hurt to even blink. I was only prescribed to use it every other day and i could only use it two or three times a week because my face would hurt so bad. I got red, peeling, and the dry skin. Nothing helped. I stayed on it to see if anything would get better (since i was told it would go from worse to better) and nothing happened. I wasn't happy with this.

21 May 2009 Retin-A Micro has been very helpful in the treatment of acne and has been good for removal of scars that acne has left behind. Application at night typically results in the skin looking better in the morning, with the scars appearing to be more faded.
