I find the withdrawal symptoms quite severe; a few years ago my doctor wanted to start me on something else but wanted to get me off Effexor first; within 2 days my sleep patterns were very disrupted with vivid dreams and restlessness, by the 4th day my body was shaking - almost spasmodic. I went back on the Effexor, but find that even one missed or delayed dose causes a hightened dream state, my mind starts to race and I don't sleep well at all. I fear going off it, but hate the dependency.

I know it's been a short time sense I've been taking Yaz. 2 weeks actually, but ever sense day one i've been tired, irratable and having EXTREME headachs. I've been bleeding heavy for 14 days now also the cramping has gotten WAY worse. I was put onto this pill to help with crapming and to make my cycle shorter and lighter, its done the complete opposite. Once you are on it, you can reduce the dosage. But it is difficult to come completely off it, however I was successful coming off it for a couple of years. It is hard to wean yourself off of paxil. It really helps with panic.
