It was a very bad experience being on this medication. I definitely suffered through rough side affects, and I would not want anyone else being on it if they have to go through the same conditions.

This drug, prescribed for Hpylori infection is HARSH. Every dose I ask myself whether or not I should go off it. One time I skipped a dose! Nausea, stomach aches, itching, unquenchable thirst, diarrhea, black stool, are some of the side effects. If you have to take this drug, prepare to feel awful and don't expect much out of yourself. Has anyone lost their taste due to thyroid medication cause i have and it's the most awful thing and the doc's don't no what to do about it. it's been like this now for 6 months. can anyone help please. was on carbimazole to start with but changed to PTU to see if it made a difference but unfortunately not.

This medicine potentially saved my life. After several years of periodic panic attacks, I awoke to a suicidal panic attack whereupon my heart and body were racing and my mind was telling me that I HAD to kill myself. I could not speak and could hardly breathe. My only help was to text message a friend who immediately drove to my house and called my neurologist for me.
