I seemed to be shaky after taking it but if I get busy (do housework, go for a walk etc.) it gets better. If I lay around I become annoyed and tired and need a nap. Its almost like if I work with the medicine I can do my regular routine but if I dont and give into the pain while Im waiting for it to kick in then it doesnt help.

After 2 years it seemed like the Plaquenil was no longer working. My Rheumatologist switched me to Azathioprine but I had an allergic reaction to it. I am now back on Plaquenil and it seems to be working again along with Prednisone.

Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. Vesicare has helped me with my over active bladder. Frequent bathroom visits etc. I can now go out and not worry that I might have an accident. At first I had very dry mouth which seems to have lessened. Indigestion was somewhat mild in beginning and I now do not notice it. It seems to have somewhat gone away. Consitpation is not a problem. My medication has been cut back because I felt like I was fatigued all the time and could not function as I want. There is always a feeling that I am being held back but was told by my doctors that was normal

I've developed a lump in my breast since using the patch. I also have sharp pains in both my breasts since using the patch. My vision has become extremely blurred and I have to wear glasses since using the patch. I've been using Vivelle for about 14 months now. It helps with hot flashes, but the price is too high to pay since my vision is still decreasing. I'm going to stop using it.
