Topamax has really helped me. It has stopped my Neuralgia pain completely. Since taking it I have not had any Neuralgia pain. The only thing is that it make my memory a little slower.

To those who had bad stomach reactions to Candex, did you make sure and drink it with a FULL 8 oz. (even more if you can) glass of water? Very important as Candex is all enzymes and they will upset your stomach if not diluted! I started taking Candex just last night for the first time (had to go on antibiotics this past week for strep and was experiencing some major itching, though I've been borderline systemic for some time now). Not sure I want to continue this drug due to the bloating and concern about the long-term affects. Was off it for less than a week and the bloating went away--nearly 5 lbs' worth. What replaced it was the worst heartburn I have ever had in my life. Got my refill and now the bloat is back. Heartburn is gone, however.

On mornings where my eyes won't open I pop in a reditab and within an hour the allergies go away and my eyes don't ithc. It does make me thirsty for awhile afterwards but I jsut carry a bottle of water with me anyways.
