Doctor perscribed it for Strep. Literally almost had to crawl to the doctors office because I had gotten so sick and run down. He gave me Levaquin and by the second day of taking it I felt 100% better and was almost back to normal! Just a little residual coucghing the next few days- but definitely it knocked it out and FAST!

Provided the best sleep and maximum relief from pain, however, was accompanied by nausea (but then again I can't handle any pain killers when it comes to the nausea factor).

My 16 year old daughter is also suffering from the Gardasil nightmare! She received her first shot on January 9th, 2009, after her doctor practically pushed it down our throats! We were told it was safe and effective and they made me feel that if I didnt get this vaccine for my daughter, that I basically was a bad mom! Advil is a great OTC medication for minor pains. It's been effective on headaches, toothaches, and even menstrual cramps. It is not always effective on stronger pains. I have also not suffered from any negative side effects.
