Unlike flonase, I don't seem to end up with as much of a dry nose problem. I like this. It also seems to burn a lot less when taking nasally.

I have rosacea and had been taking oral antibiotic, minocin 50 mg 2-3X per week since 1998; I felt like I was developing a tolerance and might have to increase dosage; instead I went off the minocin, and when my face started to blossom, I took Zyflamend, one capsule per day with food and have been doing so for 3 weeks now. Celebrex works for me and increases my ease of mobility. However, I itch like a crazy woman in my hands and on my lower parts of my fingers. I bite them, they itch so much. I have several patches where I have virtually rubbed off the skin on my hands! It also helps with my hip arthritis. Other than the side effects, it is a good drug, but God knows what it is doing to my heart or liver.

I do not take pomegranate on too regular of a basis, but I feel that the results I have seen in myself are not just a result of pomegranate use but by a combination of pomegranates and other supplements.

I've taken Lisinopril for about 12 years. The last year and a half I started to get a "patchy numbness" on the bottom of my feet. I felt that this was most likely due to the addition of Clonidine to my blood pressure Rx's. I told my doctor about this and she then doubled my Clonidine. After that, the numbness got worse and I started to develop a rash around my ankles. It got to a point where I had to insist getting off the Clonidine.
