Enpresse has been both good and bad for me. At first it was great. It shortened my periods from at least 10 days to 4 or 5 days. I barely had any breakouts or cramps. Now I still have shortened periods but I have acne every month and cramps. I also experience increased discharge every day. I also have yeast infections at least twice a month. I was fine at 500 mg/day. When my doctor increased me to 1000 mg/day I developed severe abdominal pain and vomiting, requiring hospitalization, after 4 days of use.
