I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. I've been on it only 4 days and i'm having major memory problems. I cant remember where things are, who people are what I need to do. I cant focus, concentrate or accomplish anything. It's very scary, like i'm looking at me from the outside. Its causing a lot of anxiety and panic. I'm only on 25 mg.
