Sublingual is a terrible idea. It tasted terrible and made my tongue numb. 15 minutes after taking it, I was completely drugged out and had to be taken to bed immediately. Slept 12 hours straight in a deep sleep, but apparently snored loudly and gasped for air all night long. Needless to say that was my first and last experience taking this medication as an alternative to Geodon.

I was prescribed Etizolam ,5 mg for my CBT sessions of Agoraphobia. As of now, the therapist and I are only working on the lower range of anxiety inducing situations (I was asked to rate anxiety situations). The medicine has helped in the sense I am able to face these situations and some of the physical symptoms (legs shaking etc) have disappeared. I have been pleased with the results - Dr. prescribed Valtrex to "shorten" any outbreaks, but so far, have not had any outbreaks. I had been taking 1 gm pill for about two months, then lessened the dosage to .5 gm.
