I made the mistake of taking it just before bed on 2 occasions (not on a full stomach) & was awake at 4 a.m. with severe abdominal pain both times - with nausea, and feeling like I needed to vomit. The abdominal tenderness persisted into the next day - felt like I'd done 500 sit-ups.

I only took this after my wisdom teeth extraction. It was really great for the pain and seemed to even help the swelling go down in my face. The main downside was that it made me intensely sleepy. I basically slept those days away and didn't eat much. Not too much pain though so I was satisfied and came out of the surgery just fine.

Switched to Quasense after having been on Yaz for three years. Never experienced any side effects with Yaz, but I was concerned with the increase in price under new insurance and my GYN was concerned with the recent lawsuits. The first day taking Quasense resulted in severe cramping, feeling constantly on the verge of vomiting, and intense body chills. This lasted for almost two days straight. Needless to say, I called my GYN after some research and will no longer be taking this awful drug.

woke up with severe pain in left eye; subsided, and then headache (in first month) rash & itching; used 2.5%cortizone;itching left & has now returned, on faced & eyes last time, now all over. Unbalanced when getting out of bed at night & morning. I am very glad I tried Advil Allergy and Sinus. I just wish I could get it over-the-counter without going to the pharmcy. It is far more effective than Benadryl D Allergy and Sinus.

I've ttried several pills over the past couple of years due the awful cramps I get before my period and none of them worked for me.
