I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects. I've been taking Mucinex DM for 3 days now and it has been working great. I'm suffering from either a sever sinus infection or bronchitis. The Mucinex has really improved my cough and the congestion feels almost non existent. I can tell when the 12 hours is up because all my cold symptoms begin to come back. I do experience the side effect of feeling "spacey" or a sense of euphoria. Most cold medicines make me feel drowsy, so this is new to me.

I take one tablet of multivitamin/multimineral dietary supplement ane one tablet of glucosamine chondroitin every morning. Beside these I also do 1hour and 30 minutes exercise every day. Just as table tennis one houe and swimming 30 minutes.These will help my joints much better.

Having taken clonazepam approx; for six years (chronic pain). April 2004 I underwent surgery for a spinalcord stimulator implant, which was very successful.
