Actually changed my life. Effectively lifted my depression and has allowed me to finally function normally. The only major side effect i've noticed is that when I miss several doses in a row, I get dizzy and my balance is off. This goes away when I resume taking it, though, and is a small price to pay for what it has done.

My 23 year old daughter had her first gardasil shot in March 2009. Within 12 hours she suffered left sided weakness, resperitory distress and a severe muscle type seizure and was in the hospital. She still is suffering from severe muscle spasms, cognitive impairment and needs to take Klonopin on a daily basis. The cure is FAR worse than the disease. Pylera made me extremely depressed and just feeling bad overall. After I thought I made it through I chilled for a week, broke out with fever blisters and blisters on the tongue and spots on my fingers. Off of it two weeks now and still feel depressed and generally bad. Called the Dr.'s office and a staff said oh it can't be the medication see your regular physician and when I go there they say probably a side effect of the Pylera. SO WHICH IS IT!!...
