I took Candex for three days, one capsule in the morning with a very large glass of water. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medicine, so I was prepared for the worst. The only thing that seems related in time to the Candex doses was the veins in my hands and fingers dilating (getting really big), making my hands ache and my fingers and palms itch. I experienced moderate nausea the first week. That stopped, but I then developed severe, long lasting headaches. Pain relievers do not help. They just have to go away on their own.

Skelaxin improved my quality of life when I was suffering from acute neck and jaw spasms (following a dislocation). Works quickly to provide relief from painful muscle spasms. While taking Skelaxin in conjunction with an anti-inflammatory, I was basically pain free and able to sleep at night and procede with physical therapy by day.
