My grandfather has taken Niaspan for a little over 2 years, he started within the last month with more moderate waking up at night a flushing. Cymbalta certainly does the job. Have had very little side effects from it at all. I am taking it to control my panic attacks. I did go through a period where my doctors office switched doctors and I couldn't get my perscription refilled for almost 5 days until they got it together. I feel like it is really drying my eyes out. I continue to drink plenty of water but I have to take it every 2 hours for the first two days and then every 4 hours for 4 days after that.
