Many people don't realize this, but Acetaminophen is a good fever reducer. Taken at the same dose as you would for pain relief, it can help reduce mild fevers. I used tylenol when I had the flu and it helped with the aches and pains as well as keeping my temperature under control.

I have never had hallucinations in my life. I'm a 39 yr old female and was taking it for severe sinusitus and ear infections which I have been battling since this spring due to allergies. I switched from Tri-Sprintec to Reclipsen because I was having breakthrough bleeding and was annoyed with it and wow, I wish I wouldn't have switched. Reclipsen gave me the worst bloating of my life. My stomach was actually in pain - so bloated in the last week of pills that I would have trouble wearing my normal-sized pants.
