Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. While Loestrin in an effective birth control method, for me and several friends of mine that have taken it have found that this pill makes you borderline insane. I was crying for no reason, angry for no reason.. Sometimes I would start to cry and not even I knew what was wrong with me.

I have had to add Comtan to regime because Carbidopa/Levodopa doesn't work for me on a consistent basis...it may work for a few minutes, to an hour or two or not at all...it's like the medication doesn't have the same amount of chemicals in it consistently.

I've had insomnia on and off for most of my life, the worst was when I didn't sleep for three weeks (unbelievable, right?) This product worked really well for me for a couple weeks, but I get immune to things quickly (like melatonin, everything else). My insomnia is better overall (actually because I am no longer dehydrated - separate symptom), but whenever I am feeling anxious and worried about sleep for a night, I take one of these and can be pretty confident that it will help.
