I made the mistake of taking it just before bed on 2 occasions (not on a full stomach) & was awake at 4 a.m. with severe abdominal pain both times - with nausea, and feeling like I needed to vomit. The abdominal tenderness persisted into the next day - felt like I'd done 500 sit-ups.

prescribed it at the ER due to pain in the gall bladder. Within 30 minutes, I had severe stomach cramps and pain in my stomach. After getting sick, the stomach pain went away. But the pain in my gall bladder was still there.

As with other statins within days or weeks the same physical sensations begin. It is like too much energy in hands and feet. Sleep i srestless. Thre are night swets.
