I'VE HAD A WEIGHT PROBLEM FOR A LONG TIME. HOWEVER, RISPERDAL DOES SEEM TO AGGRAVATE THIS. WITHOUT MY RISPERDAL I GET VERY PARANOID AND ANXIOUS. Citalopram worked amazingly well at bringing me out of my depression. It brought me from a 1-2 to a 7-8. After taking Citalopram I have literally never been happier in my life. However, for me a side effect has been extreme loss of energy and drowsyness.
