Prior to taking Lunesta my sleep pattern was irregular and unhealthy. I'd sleep three hours and was tired constantly. I am a typically hyper person and so I always desperately wanted to sleep but often was unable to. Once I began Lunesta I couldn't believe how much better everything went. So far so good for about a month, & with no heart palpitations--but I am only taking one a day in the morning & with FOOD, such as cottage cheese. I feel a lot better because everything is not hurting all the time......its doing an amazing job & I have taken no "NSAID's" (Advil, Aleve, Naprosen, Ibuprophen, or Aspirin) or Tums, Mylanta, pepto bismol for over a month. At 67, I say, hurray!

I have taken Analgin, which is sold in many European countries as a pain killer for, toothache, stomachache, headache stuff like that, to releif some pain. Well, now im developing Hives (urticaria), and while taking steroids to treat the hives, i come across to take Analgin (Metamizole) twice, and my whole face swelled up,and the rash worstened a lot, i am starting to think i have become alergic to Metamizole sodium which is present in the Analgin pill. I should first explain that I did not take capsules. Moringa Oleifera grows here in Thailand and is used in Thai cooking. I ate the sap and had teas made of it, as other people do here. After taking for a few days, I had severe dizziness, strong stomach ache, pain on right side and an itchy rash on my chest. I notice that the symptoms I describe have already been given by other people Maybe I had too much? I will try it in small doses in future!
