I began with Effexor a few years ago. It worked wonderfully at first, and then I experienced severe side effects. I switched to Cymbalta with great success without the side effects. I was taking xanax before I started taking klonopin twice a day. This drug is basically a longer acting version of xanax. It is great, it keeps me calm and panic attack free all day.

Prior to using Candex, I had already been on a cleansing, higher protein diet with little if any dairy, grains or (and especially) limited or no simple sugars. If I reintroduce these foods while using Candex, I obviously find myself feeling more exhausted and achy all over due to providing a feeding frenzy to the fungus. My recommendation, keep your diet at a cleansing level in order to assist the process.

I took them for a short period this past fall. They weren't particularly effective. Not really any different from taking tylenol as far as aches went. The nasal congestion relief was minimal at best.
