Since taking Esipram my emotions have levelled out and the rollercoaster ride has levelled too. I still get bouts of a downer but nothing to the extent of before. I know when I am starting to sink because I get extremely tired during the day but it only lasts a couple of days now, so I know what to expect. I can also watch sad or emotional movies without getting teary but still have a level of feelings, so haven't become a cold, hard person.

My family has a history of osteoporosis and bone loss, so I take extra steps to make sure my bones are taken care of. Calcium works really well, I feel healthy and strong. The only thing I don’t like about calcium is that the one I take are huge and are sometimes hard to swallow. The taste is also very bad, so to mask the taste, I usually take it with orange juice or raspberry tea.

I have used Lymecycline for several months and whilst I have not noticed any serios side effects, it does not help my chronic dry eye condition. It appeared to help when I first began using it but soon became less effective. I was not happy about doubling up on the dosage as was recommended as the probable side effects were worrying.

(Using this pill for 2 1/2 years) Pros: Yasmin did a good job of preventing pregnancy, it cleared my skin and made my hair shiny. Cons: I've had more breast tenderness while on this pill, especially a week before my period, which I'm sure contributed to my mood swings. In the first year, I had issues with migraines, but that's calmed down during the second year. It also has been difficult to control my weight, which is my biggest issue with it.
