Zyflemend really helped with my inflammation. But I had to stop using it because I began to have heart palpitaions, and my heart pounded so. It got so bad that I thought I was having a heart attack. I stopped and started back using it several times to be sure that the zyflemend is what was causing this to happen. And everytime I stopped using it for a few days, the palpitations and pounding would go away.

I was on Yaz before. I had two periods a month! So my dr put me on femcon fe and now I have had headaches and nausea for a week. It sucks... I don't recommend it.

I was pissed when my insurance company pretty much forced me to buy the generic (a 3 month supply of ortho lo is $115 vs.$10 for the generic). Being a student, I can no longer afford the name brand BC I trust! HOWEVER, since being on tri-sprintec lo, I have not had ANY side effects. It's just like being on Ortho tri cyclen lo - minus the cool click pack. It's only been one month so far, but, so far, so good. My advice: try it, it just may not be the end of the world! This is the only medication that helped me get rid of my flu, and I would highly recommend it to anybody. Concerning the side effects, I think it depends on the individual. For me, it didn't cause me that much trouble.
