I do like that it allows me to sleep better, but, it takes me longer to fall asleep. Since starting Inderal, I have had a lot of heart burn issues. It has helped some with my migraines.

I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot,and I felt able to cope.The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation,and very dry,sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.

I did not want to take it initially because I'm used to over the counter remedies, but at the suggestion of my chiropractor, I decided to take it. I am pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of it. At the same time, I feel a bit relieved that I am not taking too many over the counter anti-inflammatories anymore. I'm not really interested in burning out my liver and/or kidneys!

I had taken Marax in the mid 70s and as a 16 year old "in charge" of her medication, I probably took more than prescribed and suffered severe anxiety attacks. Sometimes so debilitating, I wanted to jump out of my skin. Then I would crash and thought I was going to die. I was prescribed Entocort for IBS (very loose stools) by my Gastro. I have been taking them now for almost 2 weeks with one capsule of "Align" probiotic. I have noticed absolutly no change and have discontinued its use.
